This Privacy Policy applies only to Seht’s Beta Testing Phase.
Seht is currently under active development and this policy is a temporary version created for early users. This document does not claim full legal compliance and will be replaced by a legally reviewed version before public launch.

 

1. Introduction

Seht.in (“Seht”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a digital health platform currently in Private Beta.

During this phase, we collect limited user data only to:

  • Test core features

  • Fix bugs and security issues

  • Improve product experience

  • Validate performance

  • By using Seht Beta, you acknowledge that:

  • Features are experimental

  • Data handling processes are evolving

  • Some features may change or be removed

During Beta, we collect the following information only when provided by you:

  • Basic profile details

  • 2.2 Health Data (If You Upload)

  • Health reports and prescriptions

  • Vitals entered manually or synced

To improve stability and performance, we may collect:

  • App version

  • Device type & OS version

  • Crash reports

  • Basic usage interactions

  • We only collect what is required to improve the product experience.

 

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only for beta product improvement, including:

  • Feature testing

  • AI-powered record analysis

  • Bug fixing and crash debugging

  • App stability enhancement

  • Improving health insights and usability

  • We do not sell or commercially distribute any of your personal or health data.

 

4. AI Features & Data Use

Seht Beta includes AI-based features like record analysis and health insights.

During Beta:

  • Your uploaded data may be used to improve AI performance.

  • All data used for improvement is treated with strict confidentiality.

  • We focus on removing personal identifiers where possible before analysis.

  • Since this is a Beta product, AI features are for assistance and informational purposes only, not medical diagnosis or prescription.

 

5. Microsoft Clarity & Analytics

To improve user experience and understand how users interact with the app, Seht uses:

  • Microsoft Clarity

  • Microsoft Advertising tools

  • These help us analyze:

  • User behavior patterns

  • Heatmaps

  • Session interactions

  • App usability issues

  • This data helps improve app design, performance, and stability during Beta.

By using Seht Beta, you consent to this limited anonymous analytics tracking.

 

6. Information Disclosure

We do not share your personal or health data with third parties, except in the following limited cases:

  1. When you provide explicit permission

  2. When required under applicable law

  3. For essential technical operations with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics)

  4. Google Health Connect

  • We do not sell or share Google Health Connect data.

  • Data is stored securely.

  • You can disconnect Health Connect access anytime.

7. Children’s Privacy

Seht Beta is intended only for users 18 years and above.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below 18.
If such data is found, it will be permanently deleted.

 

8. Data Storage & Security (Beta Standard)

We take reasonable steps to secure your data, including:

  • Encrypted storage

  • Controlled access

  • Secure servers

  • Standard security monitoring

  • However, since this is a Beta product, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

 

9. Data Retention

Your Beta data is retained only for:

  • Testing

  • Performance optimization

  • Product improvement

  • You can request deletion of your data anytime by contacting us.

 

10. Your Rights During Beta

You can:

  • Request access to your data

  • Request correction or deletion

  • Withdraw your consent

  • Stop using the app anytime

  • There will be no penalty for leaving the Beta.
